We’re committed to promoting local South Carolina beef because we understand why people want to know where their food comes from. Our cattle are never given growth hormones or antibiotics and are handled using approved agricultural practices to minimize unnecessary stress to the animals. We invite you to take a ride along our scenic South Carolina highways and visit the farms where your beef was raised, talk with our producers and carry home some of the best tasting meat you’ll find anywhere.
To The Table
When you purchase local meat, you’re not only making a healthy choice for your family, you ‘re making a better choice for our planet. Your meat hasn’t been shipped west to be fattened and processed before returning to you in a box. Local grass pastures help filter rain water that runs into our creeks, rivers and lakes and absorb carbon from the atmosphere to be stored in the soil. Locally raised beef has no added water or preservatives and is known for its superior taste whether prepared in the crock pot for Sunday dinner or grilled for a Saturday game tailgate.
